VOA (Visa on Arrival) is for short stays (30–60 days) and can be obtained at the airport. 211A (Tourism Visa) is for longer stays (up to 180 days) and must be applied for before you arrive in Indonesia. We recommend the 211A for anyone planning to stay more than 2 months.

The process for a Work or Investment KITAS typically takes 2 to 4 weeks once all documents are complete. We handle all the paperwork with the Ministry of Manpower and Immigration on your behalf.

No. You need an International Driving Permit (IDP) along with your original license. If you don't have one, we can assist you in processing a local temporary license (SIM C). Driving without a valid license can result in fines or confiscation of your vehicle.

The fine is IDR 1,000,000 per day of overstay. If you overstay more than 60 days, you risk deportation and being blacklisted from re-entering Indonesia. Contact us immediately if you have overstay issues — early action significantly reduces consequences.

A PT PMA is for foreign investors and allows foreign ownership. A CV (Commanditaire Vennootschap) is a local partnership and cannot be owned by foreigners. For most expat entrepreneurs in Bali, a PT PMA is the correct legal structure.
