Investment Activity Report (LKPM)

The Investment Activity Report (LKPM) is a mandatory periodic submission for businesses operating in Indonesia, designed to report on the realization of investment activities to the government. This report must be submitted quarterly, with deadlines strictly set during the following periods :

• April 1–10  
• July 1–10  
• October 1–10  
• January 1–10 (of the following year)

What You Can Do with This Service

• Report all forms of investment realization, including capital expenditure, land acquisition, machinery procurement, and construction progress.
• Provide updates on the status of ongoing projects or any revisions to the original investment plan.
• Include employment data, detailing the number of local and foreign workers hired during the reporting period.

What You Cannot Do with This Service

• Submit reports after the deadline. Late submissions may result in the company being declared inactive.
