- Operate certain business activities without obtaining additional required licenses
- Perform operations not explicitly permitted by the granted license
- Engage in business activities outside the scope of the approved license
Requirements
- Company deed of establishment and any amendments thereto
- Approval from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (MOLHR) regarding the company's legal entity
- Company Tax Identification Number (NPWP)
