The Business Visa is specifically designed for professionals and entrepreneurs who need to conduct non-paid business activities in Indonesia. This single-entry visa provides an initial stay of 60 days, with the option to extend twice each extension adding 60 days for a maximum total stay of up to 180 days.
Ideal for business meetings, product sourcing, factory inspections, or negotiating and signing contracts. This visa allows you to:
- Conduct meetings and discussions with business partners
- Inspect goods at offices, factories, or production sites
- Negotiate and/or sign business contracts
- Additionally, you may also engage in tourism activities or visit friends/family during your stay
Important Application Note
Applicants must be outside Indonesian territory when applying. The visa must be activated within 90 days from the date of issuance.
Restrictions
This visa does NOT permit any form of paid employment or work in Indonesia. It is strictly for single entry leaving Indonesia will invalidate the visa. Overstaying the permitted duration is a serious immigration offense subject to penalties.
- Passport valid for at least 6 months from the entry date.
- Recent color photograph.
- Personal bank statement (last 3 months) with a minimum balance of USD $2,000.
- Birth certificate for applicants under 18 years old.
- Applicant must be outside of Indonesia at the time of application.
