Requirements
To begin the process, please prepare the following documents (scanned copies in PDF or JPEG format):
- Valid passport (all pages) of each shareholder and director
- Recent passport sized colour photograph (4×6 cm) of each individual
- Proof of residential address (if available)
- Proposed company name (three alternatives)
- Shareholding structure (names, percentages, and number of shares)
- Description of business activities (KBLI codes we can assist in selecting the appropriate ones)
- Contact details (email and phone) for all parties
- Filled out Bali Lex Form
